Visit Akron Law
Please join the Akron Law faculty, current students and the Admissions Team for Prospective Student Info Session. During these events, you will have the opportunity to meet and talk with some of our law professors, current students and members of the Akron Law administration. You will learn more about the law school admissions and financial aid process as well as the exciting things going on at Akron Law. Student led tours of our beautiful law building will also be offered.

September 6, 2025 - Prospective Student Info Session
Event Time: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.Event Format: In-Person
Appropriate for: Anyone considering law school - from high school students and beyond.
What to expect: This event features informal mingling with faculty, staff, and current law students; an admissions and financial aid overview; a Q&A panel with current students; and student-led building tours.
September 17, 2025 - Virtual Application Workshop
Event Time: 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.Event Format: Online
Appropriate for: Anyone preparing their application to Akron Law.
What to expect: This virtual event will walk you through the Akron Law application, one section at a time, with the opportunity to ask questions throughout.
September 24, 2025 - Virtual Personal Statement Workshop

What to expect: This virtual event will discuss strategies for drafting your personal statement, with the opportunity to ask questions throughout.
October 1, 2025 - Virtual Letters of Recommendation and Scholarships Workshop
Event Time: 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.Event Format: Online
Appropriate for: Anyone preparing their application to Akron Law.
What to expect: This virtual event will discuss what the Admissions Committee is looking for in Letters of Recommendation as well as how Akron Law awards scholarships, with the opportunity to ask questions throughout.
