ÉðÊ¿Âþ» is an equal education and employment institution. Protected class-based discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated.
Concerns of protected class-based discrimination or harassment will be addressed in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code Section 3359-11-13.

As Title IX Coordinator, Dr. Githiora is responsible for overseeing the University’s Title IX process and coordinates the University’s efforts and responsibilities to ensure compliance with Title IX.

The Coordinators meet with both complainants and respondents and may offer and/or implement, as appropriate, supportive measures to the parties designed to restore or preserve equal access to the University’s program or activity, including measures designed to protect the safety of all parties or the University’s education environment, or deter sexual harassment. The Coordinators also refer complaints to the appropriate office for investigation. |
