Honors Distribution
After completing this form, see your honors academic advisor or your honors faculty advisor within your major for approval of your Honors Distribution.
Transient Permission

Students registering at another institution for a course to apply to the Honors Distribution must have this form approved by the Dean or Associate Dean of the Honors College, or an approved designate.

Resignation
Students requesting to resign from the Williams Honors College must complete this form and submit it to the college.
Dismissal
Students who are dismissed from the Williams Honors College may appeal their dismissal. The procedure and form for appealing dismissal is included in the dismissal letter.
Students who are dismissed after their first year will return to the University's General Education requirements. Students in their second year and beyond who are dismissed will complete the "Honors Only" requirements. These students may elect to return to UA's General Education Requirements by following the instructions in their dismissal letter. Before making a decision, it is recommended that students discuss their options with an advisor.
